    CONSTRUCTION

    • Conductor:
      Annealed Electrolytic Plain/ Tinned Multi stranded copper conductor.
    • Insulation:
      Polyethylene (PE)/ PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) / XLPE (Cross Link Polyethylene)
    • Colour code:
      White – Blue ( with numbered for multi pair construction) OR As Per BS: 5308
    • Wrapping:
      Atleast one layer of plastic tape over each element (Pair/Overall)
    • Screen:
      Aluminium Mylar (Individual/collective) with 25% overlap for 100% coverage or screened with fine bare/tinned copper with 80% coverage.
    • Drain wire:
      0.50sq mm multi stranded-drain wire ( Collective/individual pair & overall)
    • Inner sheath:
      PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) black
    • Armored:
      G.I. wire of 0.90mm/1.40mm/4mm X 0.80mm
    • Outer sheath:
      PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride), type PVC ST1, ST2, FR, FRLS & ZHFR
    • Standard Followed:
      BS:5308 PART I & II, IEC:60228/60227, IS:8130, IS:5831, IS1554/ASTM
    • Voltage Grade:
      300V/600V/ 1100V as per requirement of customer.
